Marilyn our condolences to you & your family. George had a profound effect on our lives, encouraging me to seek ordination 13 years ago, when the Lord had recently laid on my my heart to go into full time ministry & close my building contracting business after more than 35 years. He was such a man of insight, 3 years ago when I was praying about how to best use a large area in our church building that had recently become vacant. George dropped in for a visit & as we walked through the unused area I told him I was praying, asking Lord what do You want to use this area for. God had started to give thoughts about converting it to a children's daycare, but it was very unclear so I had kept it to myself & continued to pray. George looked around & said you should make this into a children's daycare. A few days later another trusted friend in the Lord was walking through & said, you should turn this into a children's daycare, our city has such a shortage of daycare spaces. Very shortly after God gave me the full vision, which I shared with our elders & board. This past February we were licensed by the province to open Yeskids Christian Childcare, with 55 spots available.
We will dearly miss George, Marilyn you & your family are in our prayers daily.
God Bless
Larry & Debbie Harrington

Our deepest condolences to Marilyn and all the family as George has passed on to his eternal home. What an incredible man who lived his life with an intentional spirit and perspective. Wayne and I enjoyed getting to know George more a few years ago when his love for cars lead him to reach out in friendship and common interest. He will certainly be missed. Our prayers are with you at this sad time.

Marilyn, our prayers are with you and your family. We have such wonderful memories when you and George and Steven and Kevin came to Woodvale Church in Hamilton where we were giving leadership. Your entire family quickly got involved in every area of the ministry and George became a vital part of the leadership team. George was one of the most faithful and loyal men I have ever met and it has been a joy to have him as my friend for many years. We celebrate with him today as he is with His Lord that he loved and served so well. We are believing that Jesus will give you everything you need today and in the days ahead.

What a pleasure it was to have George serve as our 'Fearless Leader' at CBA - The 700 Club Canada years ago. His love for the staff and volunteers was evident by all. The staff remember fondly one Christmas when he and Marilyn opened their home up to us for the staff Christmas Party. George's secret was to cook the turkey on it's back to bring out all the flavor. To our surprize it worked and we all enjoyed a very flavorful turkey dinner with wonderful fellowship and fun together afterwards.
Our love and prayers are with you Marilyn in these difficult days. May you know the love, strength, and comfort of the Holy Spirit surrounding you throughout this challenging time.
Lots of love,
Joanne Radke

My deepest condolences to the whole family.
George and I worked together on one of his books for a year. He asked my help but it turned out that I learned a lot from him. He had a great influence on me. He will be missed. My prayers are with you, Marilyn.

Hi Marilyn & Family: Condolence & prayers from Bonnie and I. It was our great pleasure and honour to have known George, (and also of course to know you). The times that we shared together during conferences and OBFF Boardmeetings and just chatting after was always special to us. I will remember George for his great smile, for his hello brother and for his passion for God and His Church! May the Lord continue to strengthen your all during this challenging time of loss.
